Museum visit cum Awareness programme was organised by the Department of Museology, National Museum Institute, New Delhi, in collaboration with LAHDC Leh for the students of Govt. High School Satoo Kargyam from 30th of June 2022 to 2nd of July 2022.
It is the first time in Ladakh that such a trans-regional museum visit was organised for the students. After the successful establishment of Gya Sasoma Community Museum, the next to come up is a Nomadic Museum in the Kargyam region. The visit of students of the Kargyam region was to give them necessary exposure to museums.
Programmes included in the visit:

2. Visit to Hemis Monastery Museum
3. Visit to Alchi Cho Skot
4. Visit to Hall of Fame Museum
