National Museum and National Museum Institute jointly celebrated 5th International Day of Yoga – 2019 with a 15 days’ workshop cum training program on Yoga & Pranayama. The Inaugural session was celebrated on 21-06-2019 at 10:30 AM.
With the aim of keeping healthy, energetic, cool mind and good concentration of officers and employees of the Institute through the Yoga and Pranayaam, this Institute organized a 15 days workshop (from 21-06-2019 to 05-07-2019) cum training program on Yoga & Pranayaam.
Mr. Shishank Pal, Yoga Specialist & Yoga Trainer from DLWQ Academy delivered the special lecture on Importance of Yoga & Pranayaam in life. He also said that why is Yoga and Pranayaam is necessary for a good health, good concentration, cool mind, happiness in life etc.
All the employee and officers of the National Museum Institute and National Museum attended this workshop and practiced the various Ashanaas like Tad Ashan, Trikon Ashan, Surya Namaskaar, Nadi Tan Ashan, Kati Badh Ashan, Shalabh Ashan, Bhujang Ashan, Dhanurashan etc. and various Pranayaam like Anulom - Vilom, Bharstrika, Kapal Bhati, Bhramari etc.). Various activities related to Yoga & Pranayaam were done on every working day (from 21st June to 05th July 2019) from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. |
