RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT The budget allocated of the NMI The budget estimates for the year 2004-05 were Rs.300.00 lakh under the plan and Rs.9.50 lakh under non plan. Against this allocation ,the department of culture provided a grant of Rs. 150 .00 lakh under plan & Rs.4.75 lakh under non plan and a total expenditure of Rs. 126.46 (Plan +Non Plan) lakh was incurred .
