Qawwali performance as part of the events of the ongoing exhibition
“India-Uzbekistan: A Dialogue of Cultures”

The Department of History of Art, National Museum Institute in collaboration with the National Museum organized a Qawwali performance as part of the events of the ongoing exhibition “India-Uzbekistan: A Dialogue of Cultures”. The event provided an opportunity to students to learn about the cultural relationship between India and Uzbekistan, both through tangible and intangible cultural heritage. In the event Yusuf Qawwal and his team to performed alongside the Uzbekistan Qawwali team on October 24th , 2018 in the evening.
